Account and studio records

Senlo Face stores account details, consent timestamps, wallet entries, payment references and verification records, session metadata, prompts, allocated time, usage events, security logs and safety reports. These records support your account, billing, service operation and misuse investigations.

Camera preview and live processing

Camera preview runs in your browser without starting an AI take. When you start a transformation, your browser sends live video and the selected reference image to Decart, our generation provider. Microphone access is optional. Senlo Face does not save source or output media files on its application server. Browser recordings are assembled on your device and downloaded when recording stops.

Third-party media handling

Decart’s video API terms permit use of inputs and outputs for service improvement and model training and do not treat those media as confidential. Its data processing terms also govern relevant personal data. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material. Obtain permission before using another person’s likeness.

Payments

Paystack processes payment information. Senlo Face keeps the transaction reference, amount, currency, status and verification records needed to reconcile your wallet. It does not store card numbers or bank login credentials.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Temporary browser session storage records take identifiers and progress so an interrupted take can be recovered. Reference portraits are not saved in that recovery storage.

Records, requests and international processing

Account and transaction records are kept for service operation, payment reconciliation, dispute handling and security. Generation and payment providers may process information outside Nigeria. Requests about access, correction or deletion must account for records needed to resolve payments or meet legal obligations.
