Optional live support
If enabled, our footer offers live chat through Smartsupp. Its widget loads only when you select Open live chat, not simply by visiting a page. Smartsupp receives your messages and any details you choose to share, along with technical information such as IP address, browser information and the page address, and uses cookies to connect the conversation. We do not automatically send your account name, email, wallet balance or studio content. Chat is not loaded on studio, wallet, checkout, account or admin pages. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment details. You can instead contact hello@senloface.com by email.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, email-verification status and Google account identifier to create or securely connect your Senlo Face account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. We do not retain Google access or refresh tokens. You can continue using email and password instead. Existing accounts require password confirmation before their first Google connection.
App download statistics
When you request the Windows app through our download button, we record the date, request count and a one-way protected identifier derived from your existing browser session. This lets us estimate distinct download sessions without storing your IP address, browser fingerprint, name or email in download statistics. These statistics are not sent to advertising partners and do not confirm installation. A new or expired session can count again; direct installer links are not included.
Account and studio records
Senlo Face stores account details, consent timestamps, wallet entries, payment references and verification records, session metadata, prompts, allocated time, usage events, security logs and safety reports. These records support your account, billing, service operation and misuse investigations.
Camera preview and live processing
Camera preview runs in your browser without starting an AI take. When you start a transformation, your browser sends live video and the selected reference image to Decart, our generation provider. Microphone access is optional. Senlo Face does not save source or output media files on its application server. Browser recordings are assembled on your device and downloaded when recording stops.
How live media is handled
Decart’s video API terms permit use of inputs and outputs for service improvement and model training and do not treat those media as confidential. Its data processing terms also govern relevant personal data. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material. Obtain permission before using another person’s likeness.
Payments
Paystack processes payment information. Senlo Face keeps the transaction reference, amount, currency, status and verification records needed to reconcile your wallet. It does not store card numbers or bank login credentials. For referral abuse prevention, when Paystack provides a payment-source signature we keep only a one-way protected fingerprint, not the signature or card details.
Referrals
When you open a referral link, we remember its code for up to 30 days so a later registration can be attributed correctly. We store the relationship between the referring and referred accounts, qualification status, associated payment and promotional credits awarded. This information is used to operate the programme, prevent duplicate rewards and investigate abuse.
Feedback
When you submit feedback, Senlo Face emails your message to our team with your account name, email address and user ID so we can understand it and reply. Feedback is not published without asking you first. Do not include passwords, card details or API keys.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. A referral cookie remembers a valid referral code for up to 30 days before registration. Temporary browser session storage records take identifiers and progress so an interrupted take can be recovered. Reference portraits are not saved in that recovery storage.
Product analytics
For signed-in customers, Senlo Face records limited first-party events such as opening the studio, selecting a reference, previewing a source, starting or saving a browser recording, and coarse browser and device categories. Failed preview or recording attempts may include a general reason such as permission denied, no camera, camera busy or unsupported browser. These records help us understand conversion and fix reliability problems and are automatically deleted after 180 days. They do not include IP addresses, full browser identifiers, portraits, prompts, camera or microphone content, recordings, card details or bank information.
Optional advertising tracking
Only if you accept, the TikTok Pixel runs on our home, pricing and guide pages while you are signed out. It shares page visits, IP address, browser/device information and advertising identifiers with TikTok for ad measurement and attribution. TikTok may use first- and third-party cookies and process this information outside your country under its privacy policy. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or enhanced page-content collection. The Pixel does not run on the studio, wallet, checkout, admin, sign-in, registration, account or password-reset pages.
With the same optional permission, our server sends signup, checkout-started and confirmed-purchase events to TikTok. These include purchase amount and currency, advertising identifiers and browser information so we can measure which ads lead to customers. We do not share names, emails, phone numbers, card or bank details, payment references, passwords, camera media, reference portraits, prompts or API keys. Purchase events are based on verified payments, not checkout clicks.
Your Accept or Reject choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. An essential preference cookie links it to our server so we can honour it when processing purchases. Rejecting does not affect essential site features. You can withdraw permission here at any time; this stops future collection and cancels unsent events linked to this browser, but cannot recall events already transmitted. We honour your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may show the choice again.
Advertising identifiers are encrypted on our server for the lifetime of your permission and cleared on withdrawal or expiry. Matching information attached to an event is removed after delivery or cancellation. Undelivered events expire within six days; delivery-status records are removed after 30 days. These advertising records are separate from the financial records needed to operate your wallet.
Advertising tracking is off unless you have accepted it in this browser.
Records, requests and international processing
Account and transaction records are kept for service operation, payment reconciliation, dispute handling and security. Generation and payment providers may process information outside your country. Requests about access, correction or deletion must account for records needed to resolve payments or meet legal obligations.
