Using Senlo Face

1. The service

Senlo Face provides access to live AI character transformation using third-party generation services. Results may be inconsistent, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output before sharing it.

2. Your account and media

You must be at least 18. Use only media, prompts and likenesses that you own or have permission to use. Keep evidence of consent where another person is identifiable. Protect your login details and do not share access to evade usage controls.

3. Buy credits, then choose a take

Studio Credits are purchased upfront in naira through Paystack. 1 credit = 1 second of live generation. Credits are a display unit for studio usage, not cryptocurrency or a change to our usage measurement. Any processing fee is shown at checkout. Your wallet is credited only after the payment is verified. Purchases do not renew automatically.

Previewing your camera is free. Starting a take temporarily reserves the selected maximum from your wallet. Live generation time is rounded up to the next whole second and charged at one credit per second, never above your reserved maximum. We use the provider’s final usage total when available, otherwise our server measures from the generation-start event until the connection is stopped. Unused reserved credits are returned automatically when the take is settled. Credits are not used merely for selecting a portrait or previewing your camera. Where a server interruption prevents reliable measurement, the reservation remains visibly pending for review rather than becoming an automatic full-duration charge. Older takes retain the billing policy that applied when they started. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Create responsibly

Do not impersonate someone without permission and clear AI disclosure, create deceptive evidence, infringe rights, or generate unlawful, exploitative or abusive content. Disclose AI manipulation when publishing output and preserve any provider watermark or provenance data. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Third-party services

Decart provides the underlying generation technology but is not responsible for Senlo Face, its application, its relationship with you or its output handling. Decart and Paystack have their own terms and privacy notices. Provider availability, your connection and device capabilities affect the experience.

6. Recording and account access

Recordings save to your device; the session history is not a cloud media library. Accounts may be suspended to investigate misuse or protect the service. Relevant payment and security records may be preserved.
