Using Senlo Face

1. The service

Senlo Face provides live AI character transformation. Results may be inconsistent, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output before sharing it.

2. Your account and media

You must be at least 18. Use only media, prompts and likenesses that you own or have permission to use. Keep evidence of consent where another person is identifiable. Protect your login details and do not share access to evade usage controls.

3. Buy credits, then choose a take

Studio Credits are purchased upfront in naira through Paystack. Signature: 1 credit per second · Nova: 0.5 credits per second. Same wallet for every model. Credits are units for studio usage, not cryptocurrency. Any processing fee is shown at checkout. Your wallet is credited only after the payment is verified. Purchases do not renew automatically.

Previewing your camera is free. Starting a take temporarily reserves the selected maximum from your wallet. Live generation usage is charged at the model’s displayed credit rate, saved when your take starts, never above your reserved maximum. Fractional credits remain in your wallet. Signature uses the provider’s final usage total when available, otherwise our server measures from the generation-start event until the connection is stopped; time is rounded up to the next whole second. Nova uses server-confirmed provider credit usage at its displayed conversion rate. Unused reserved credits are returned automatically when the take is settled. Credits are not used merely for selecting a portrait or previewing your camera. Where an interruption prevents reliable measurement, the reservation remains visibly pending for review rather than becoming an automatic full-duration charge. Older takes retain the billing policy that applied when they started. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Create responsibly

Senlo Face is intended for lawful creative entertainment, including character performances, livestreams, comedy and consensual pranks—not fraud or identity deception. Scams, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence and using transformed video to bypass identity verification or liveness checks are prohibited. Do not infringe rights or generate unlawful, exploitative or abusive content. A prank or entertainment label does not excuse misuse.

You are responsible for your use of the service, obtaining the necessary permissions, and following applicable law and the rules of platforms you use. Tell participants when your live video is AI-transformed, label published output, and preserve any provider watermark or provenance data. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may investigate reported misuse and restrict or suspend access under these terms. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Referral credits

Referral offers apply only to genuine new customers who register through a valid referral link. Unless a different offer is clearly shown, the new customer’s first verified purchase must contain at least 500 credits. A qualifying purchase adds 50 promotional credits to the referrer and 25 to the new customer. Each new customer can qualify once. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, repeated payment sources, refunded or disputed transactions, manipulation or other abuse are ineligible, and unused promotional credits may be removed where an award was obtained improperly.

6. Service partners

Decart.ai is not responsible for Senlo Face, its application, its output, its services or its relationship with you. To the extent permitted by law, Decart.ai has no liability to you for those matters. Senlo Face remains your point of contact for the app, credits and support. Service availability, your connection and device capabilities affect the experience.

7. Recording and account access

Recordings save to your device; the session history is not a cloud media library. Accounts may be suspended to investigate misuse or protect the service. Relevant payment and security records may be preserved.
